· To issue the renewal license in 2 working days upon approval from the Chairman.
Marine Services
To achieve zero accident every year.
Free Commercial Zone (FCZ)
To approve application of FCZ activities within 2 working days upon receiving complete documentations.
Administration and Finance
To ensure 100% of the staff fulfill 7 days of training per year.
Information Technology
To respond to each complaint of IT failure within 45 minutes.
