I.     Port services and facilities provided by the licensed operator is safe and efficient.
II.    Ferry services provided by the licensed operator is safe, comfortable, adequate and operates as scheduled.
III.   Licensed operator manages the rates, port services charges and ferry fares in accordance with the tariff structure.
IV.   Port development implemented by the licensed operator is in accordance with the development plan approved by

       Penang Port Commission.
V.    Simplify the transaction of Free Zone and dangerous goods activities.
VI.   Credible complaint from port users is investigated and solved.
