Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) has carried out the 5S pre-audit visit to Penang Port Commission (PPC) on 30 April 2012.

The pre-audit was conducted by Mr. Muhd Adha Abd Hamid, a Consultant from MPC, Northern Region Office Penang. Upon completion of the pre-audit, Mr. Adha informed that there are some room for improvement to be done at certain area before the actual audit commence.

The objective of the pre-audit visit is to measure the level of 5S practices in all four zones at PPC namely Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. The actual 5S audit by MPC is expected to be conducted on 16 May 2012.
